1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CallCircle (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CallCircle is an emergency coordination platform that allows users to instantly notify trusted contacts (“circle members”) via SMS and email during emergencies or drills. The Service is provided by CallCircle LLC.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use CallCircle
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You must obtain consent from individuals before adding them to your emergency circle

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use CallCircle to send false emergency alerts with intent to deceive or cause harm
• Add phone numbers to circles without the owner's consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Abuse of the Service — including sending repeated false alarms — may result in immediate account termination.

5. Emergency Services Disclaimer

CallCircle is a supplemental personal safety tool and is not a substitute for professional emergency services. We do not guarantee message delivery, response times, or outcomes. Always contact local emergency services (911 in the US) for life-threatening situations.

6. SMS Communications

By registering and consenting to SMS, you authorize CallCircle to send emergency notifications and transactional messages to your phone number. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallCircle LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including damages resulting from message delivery failures, service outages, or delayed notifications.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
